I have bought many products here over the years from Cameras to Drones. Always great friendly, helpful service from start to finish. Do your self favour and instead of buying a DJI product don't get it from Amazon! Get it at DR Drone in Dartmouth.

I purchased a Mini 2 from Dr. Drone over a year ago, and after crashing it, I took it back to the store for repair, which was done professionally and quickly. I recently had an issue with a gimbal not calibrating. They sent it back to DJI and within a week I had my new drone. During this issue I placed several phone calls, and Dave was very patient and answered all of my questions. Top shelf service from him on the technical side, and JJ and Paul were super, and always helpful to take time to discuss any issue. Well done Dr. Drone!

Was having some issues with my Mavic Mini and found this place super close by. Showed up and one of the employees let me in, extremely nice and and welcoming. Explained an issue I was having with take-off and he noticed right away one of my blades was mixed up. He switched it out, did a test fly and I was good to go. No charge at all. Extremely pleased with my experience and will most certainly be back. Thanks again!
Update on the ineptitude of DJI. So now, these geniuses shipped an order that was “cancelled” and now they won’t issue a refund until the item that should have never left the warehouse gets returned to the warehouse. UNBELIEVABLE. I have never seen such inefficiency and ineptitude in my life. I would NEVER purchase anything else from DJI. Buyer beware.
Bought a drone for here and few years ago, they were VERY helpful in the buying and advise for this product. Recently had a small issue come up and call them, they not only spelled out the options but were willing to talk and walk me through the process to make sure I got it working.
